I came across this fascinating document a few days ago and it has spread like wildfire through the office and amongst friends and the press. A Left wing manifesto that doesn't make me lose my lunch. A critical read for all those who read Hebrew and care about Israel (irrespective of your political orientation). Most points here will be happily endorsed, really, by anyone who proclaims themselves to be Zionists. Great stuff (almost all of it)!

i read just 20 pages and i think i got the gist of it.a model society - give what you can, get what you need does not work.(kibutzim).
division of the land to separate us from less advanced people under the pretence of letting them manage their own affairs - impractical.
a state belonging to all its citizens, though utopian, is the only solution.if only the pork eating jews would give up their excess religious rights.
ONLY WITH ARABS!!!
The premise of the manifesto is a for it to be a common ground for all those who are seeking a solution under a Zionist framework. Those who wish to promote a one state solution truly have no need to read this document.
